Training Philosophy
Support is not only help, it’s confidence, understanding and calm
decision-making in the first days after birth.
- Reading newborn cues (hunger, comfort, overstimulation)
- Feeding support and rhythm (breast or bottle)
- Newborn sleep patterns and settling techniques
- Safe handling and care routines (bathing, diapering, cord care)
- Building daily rhythm and realistic expectations
- Strengthening parent confidence and knowing when to ask for help
Gift Card Option
Absolutely! It is a wonderful and practical gift for new parents.
A Gifted Package allows a full support package to be purchased and
gifted in advance.
Gift cards are non-refundable, valid for 12 months, can be used
toward any of my support packages and subject to availability and a
personal intake interview.
Booking Process
The process is personal and simple:
- Fill out the request form through my website.
-
We schedule a short (15–20 minute) introductory call to align
expectations.
-
Depending on the package, a retainer is paid to secure your birth
window in my calendar.
-
We finalize the exact days once the baby is born and you are home.
Payment, Cancellation & Rescheduling
Newborn care is closely connected to your baby’s arrival. To keep
the experience calm, flexible, and fully focused on your family, I
work with a clear booking structure.
-
Depending on the package, a non-refundable retainer is required
after the interview to reserve a birth window in my calendar.
-
The retainer reserves calendar space and scheduling flexibility
around your due date, within my regular working days and hours.
-
The remaining balance is paid on the first day of in-home support.
-
Once support days are scheduled after birth, they are considered
booked.
-
Support days may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice,
subject to availability.
-
Cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled start
date.
- Same-day cancellations are counted as used care days.
- Package Emergency Reset is non-refundable once booked.
FAQ
What if my baby is born earlier or later than expected?
That is completely normal, due dates are only estimates! Every
package includes a "Soft Birth Window" of approximately 7 days
before and after your due date. I keep flexible space in my
calendar to ensure support begins as soon as you are home from
the hospital.
What exactly happens during your visits?
I provide hands-on, "eyes-on" guidance. This includes feeding
support, identifying newborn cues, soothing techniques, building
daily rhythm and realistic expectations, practical baby care and
emotional reassurance for parents. My goal is to build your
confidence step-by-step.
Do you offer support at night or on weekends?
My services are provided on weekdays only (Sunday to Thursday)
during daytime hours, between 09:00 and 15:00. This focused model
allows to provide calm and concentrated care for one family at a
time.

What is your payment and cancellation policy?
To guarantee my full availability for your family, depending on
the package, a non-refundable retainer is required at the time of
booking. The remaining balance is paid on the very first day
support begins in your home, so you don’t have to worry about
payments during the postpartum "chaos".
